Amanda is an experienced school leader and instructional strategist who helps new and emerging school leaders design, launch, and lead schools that center on students and empower teachers. With more than two decades of leadership experience, Amanda brings both the vision and practical know-how required to translate big goals into day-to-day excellence.

Amanda served as a founding leader of one of Tennessee's largest public elementary schools, where she helped establish a clear mission, build systems from the ground up, and create a student-focused culture that led to rapid academic growth. Under her leadership, her school earned recognition as a Promising Practices School, an early step toward becoming a Model PLC at Work School, and achieved AWESOME School status within two years, serving as a testament to her focus on collaboration, instructional rigor, and measurable results.

As a school leader, Amanda has continued to drive excellence through a commitment to professional learning communities, data-driven decision-making, and leadership development. She is passionate about helping educators create the conditions where both students and staff can thrive.

Through her work with One Twelve Strategies, Amanda supports new-start schools and leadership teams in building high-performing, student-centered cultures, aligning systems and instruction, and developing the collaborative capacity that drives sustained success.
