Brittany serves as the administrative and operations manager at One Twelve Strategies, working alongside the CEO to strengthen operations, bring order to complexity, and create and support conditions for our clients to achieve sustained impact. She specializes in translating strategy into execution by building systems that protect leadership focus, streamline decision-making, and create margin.

Brittany brings deep experience managing complex, high-stakes initiatives, including steering multimillion-dollar campaigns and leading full-team initiatives to drive organizational-wide operational improvements that eliminate bottlenecks and increase accountability. Her work consistently centers on helping reclaim time and energy by designing workflows and operating rhythms that actually hold up under real-world pressure.
